Erin is the grandson of Robert Baumberger, a well-known name in the area for his quality homebuilding for over 40 years. Construction is in the family’s blood. Erin helped his grandfather starting in his early teens and has never looked back. He worked in concrete and for another area homebuilder before going into business with his dad, Victor.
Erin handles the day-to-day business and general contracting duties.
Victor’s career path started in the building industry, where he owned Rapid Rooter while also operating a Heating and Air Conditioning Business. After he sold his businesses, he partnered with his son, Erin, and founded Wood Builders.
Victor is responsible for day-to-day project operations, including assisting the Superintendents in managing the job site scheduling and supervising job site subcontractors, homeowner walk-throughs, inspections, and enforcing safety standards.
Victor's free time is spent as a semi-professional fisherman, playing on a traveling pool league in town and spending time with his grandchildren, children, and wife Sandy.
Trevor was born and raised in Rapid City, SD. He earned his Associates Degree from Minnesota West and Bachelors Degree in Accounting from Black Hills State University. He joined Wood Builders, Inc. in November of 2019. Trevor leads the company's vision with strategic planning in high-quality projects by keeping them on schedule and within budget. He continues to use his knowledge and experience from his business leadership roles to support the growth and development of Wood Builders, Inc.
When he is not managing Wood Builders Inc., you can find him watching sports, camping, and sharing a few beers with his friends and family.
Jerry has been in the Rapid City area for over 30 years. He has extensive knowledge in the building industry, most recently as owner of Distinctive Designs. Wood Builders is fortunate to have Jerry as our newest Project Manager!
Barb relocated to Rapid City in 2017 from Wayzata, Minnesota; she started working at Wood Builders, Inc. in February 2019 as their Design Center Coordinator. Before moving to Rapid City, she worked for a National Home Builder as their Client Loyalty Manager and for a Real Estate Company as their Marketing Coordinator. Barb attended Normandale Community College in Bloomington, Minnesota, where she studied Hospitality Management and Marketing.
Barb has a strong passion for interior finishes and loves making the process enjoyable.
Barb’s design expertise, hands-on approach, and constant communication with the client create trust and personal connection that ultimately lends itself to “peace of mind” during the process.
Outside of design, her passions are family, health, fitness, and traveling.
